Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site hardware/software troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network equipment
- Manage user account administration and access permissions
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with core IT team during weekend system updates
- Monitor network security protocols and alert management
- Support mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
