Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications following WCAG 2.1 standards
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve existing design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
