Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct technical interviews with software engineers and product managers
- Source passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire roles at leading tech companies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse and Lever ATS systems
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for senior-level technical positions
- Provide daily progress reports to recruitment team leads
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software development roles
- Proven track record of filling contract positions in Seattle's tech market
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and tech stacks
- Certification in technical interviewing (e.g., CTS, CP-REC) preferred
- Ability to evaluate technical skills during screening conversations
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
