Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and manage workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Provide weekly recruitment analytics and performance reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in Boston's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for engineering roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
