Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network performance during off-peak hours.
- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support tickets via remote access and phone.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineering teams immediately.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
