Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security protocols during low-traffic windows
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and knowledge transfer
- Proactively troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN access, and authentication issues
- Respond to critical system alerts within SLA timeframes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience with night shift or remote work background
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues (PCs, printers, network devices)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- CCNA or relevant networking certification preferred
