Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud platforms during night shifts
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software issues
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during critical maintenance windows
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Datadog
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network connectivity and system performance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
