Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Troubleshoot complex network, server, and endpoint infrastructure issues
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Document all support activities using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless issue resolution handover
- Monitor system health through Splunk and Nagios dashboards
- Support hybrid workforce with VPN connectivity and endpoint management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid NY State driver's license for occasional on-site visits
