Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and security systems
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and system updates
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover of critical issues
- Perform system backups, updates, and vulnerability assessments
- Respond to emergency alerts and execute incident response protocols
- Train users on system usage and best practices during overnight downtimes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules
