Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 2-3 support for network, cloud, and security infrastructure
- Execute scheduled maintenance patches and system upgrades
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and network troubleshooting
- Strong background in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in 24/7 operational environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
