Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 systems across enterprise environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document solutions in ITSM system (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on new systems and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and resolve escalations within SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
