Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system outages, security incidents, and user access issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud-based systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Support office relocations and technology refresh projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid NYS driver's license for occasional site visits
- Flexibility for extended hours during critical incidents
