Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to support business decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models and analytical processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a contract or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
