Responsibilities

- Establish governance protocols for generative AI and neural network accountability
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving 2026 regulations
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation frameworks for large-scale AI
- Strong background in stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Certification in AI ethics or machine learning governance preferred
