Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret the monthly 2026 Visa Bulletin releases and adjust client case strategies accordingly.
- Update and maintain precise case status tracking in our CRM systems for thousands of applicants.
- Communicate complex priority date movements and eligibility changes to diverse client demographics.
- Prepare and review supporting documentation for I-140 and I-485 filings based on bulletin trends.
- Liaise with legal counsel to ensure compliance with changing USCIS policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with the USCIS processing system and the 2026 Visa Bulletin cycle.
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or Human Resources (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
