Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology and product innovation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing, Next-Gen Web3) to identify disruptive market opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate future-facing concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Present quarterly innovation strategy reports to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships with cutting-edge startups and academic institutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking across the organization.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure FutureForge remains a step ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrable expertise in forecasting technology trends and bringing complex software/hardware products to market.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to turn abstract concepts into profitable business models.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong network within the tech ecosystem, including VCs, startups, and research labs.
- Willingness to work onsite in our San Francisco headquarters.
