- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual innovation roadmaps for board presentation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting tech adoption and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, WFS)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
