We are looking for a visionary 2026 AI Strategy Lead to join our San Francisco headquarters. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our 2026 AI roadmap, integrating next-generation LLMs, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics into our core product suite. Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive AI strategy leading up to our 2026 enterprise product launches.
- Lead a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists to build next-generation autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives and revenue goals.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including multi-modal models, edge AI, and advanced neural networks.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and enterprise security standards.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI, performance, and business impact of AI deployments across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML strategy and execution.
- Deep technical understanding of LLM architecture, MLOps, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of taking complex AI models from conceptual research to production at a massive scale.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong, forward-thinking vision for the future of AI technology and its practical applications in modern software.
