We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our corporate partners in the Foggy Bottom area.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a focus on high-level customer service.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for company-wide meetings and networking events.
- Perform data entry tasks with 99% accuracy and update internal databases as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
