Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain electronic and physical records within our CRM and database systems.
- Coordinate Schedules: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage complex calendars for executives.
- Office Support: Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal memos with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for internal team meetings and corporate events.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain communication with external vendors and service providers regarding office supplies and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work on-site in Washington, DC.
