Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staff placements across multiple industries with precision and urgency
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews via video/in-person during weekend hours
- Manage client communications and staffing emergencies with 24/7 responsiveness
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork for weekend assignments
- Optimize staffing schedules using our proprietary ATS system to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Represent company brand during client site visits and onboarding sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Kansas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional holiday coverage
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Kansas
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
