Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ major Chicago clients
- Manage real-time scheduling for 200+ night shift workers across multiple industries
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 15-minute response time
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks at client sites
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for night shift personnel
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight supervisors at partner companies
- Generate weekly staffing analytics reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or operations coordination
- Proven experience managing overnight/skilled shift teams
- Proficient in ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Chicago labor laws and compliance requirements
