Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Tampa Bay industries
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records using our ATS platform
- Coordinate with clients to understand weekend staffing needs and match candidates to specific roles
- Conduct background checks and verifications for temporary weekend staff
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend employees with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates during weekend hours
- Market staffing services to local businesses seeking weekend workforce solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field
- Minimum 1 year staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings (Friday-Sunday shifts available)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
