Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for daily pay contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with Omaha-based employers
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers
- Coordinate onboarding for new contract assignments
- Track and report staffing metrics to management
- Market staffing services through digital and community channels
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid NE driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with daily payroll processing preferred
