Responsibilities

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Develop strategic partnerships with Portland-area employers to understand night shift staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS tracking for overnight positions
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates via job boards, social media, and community events
- Ensure compliance with Oregon labor laws for night shift work arrangements
- Analyze placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with emphasis on shift-based placements
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 operational environments
- Strong knowledge of Portland's night shift job market and industry trends
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques for non-traditional work schedules
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage candidates during overnight hours
- Proficient in ATS systems and recruitment analytics platforms
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for evening candidate meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CIP certification preferred
