- Manage end-to-end weekend candidate onboarding and placement processes
- Coordinate with clients to fulfill urgent staffing needs in retail, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for weekend shift candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24-hour turnaround solutions
- Analyze weekend staffing trends to optimize placement efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoff of critical assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent customer service background
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional candidate transport
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Knowledge of Chicago's weekend labor market dynamics preferred
