Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews for weekend shifts across various industries.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Sacramento businesses.
- Process payroll and timekeeping for temporary workers accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
