Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various platforms to identify and interview potential talent for weekend roles.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their weekend staffing needs.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate databases and complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews on-site or virtually during the weekend shift.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with orientation and integration into their assigned weekend positions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
