Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and screenings for candidates seeking weekend or flexible shifts.
- Manage and optimize job postings on multiple digital platforms and internal databases.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and culture fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new weekend staff members to ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our growing client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate service.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
