Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews for various open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and potential hires.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels, including networking and job boards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
