Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates on weekends to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent for open roles in various industries.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future weekend shifts.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand immediate staffing needs and fill vacancies quickly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
