Responsibilities
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews for night shift positions to ensure a perfect fit for both candidates and clients.
- Client Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their staffing requirements and adjust shifts accordingly.
- Shift Coordination: Manage the scheduling and deployment of temporary and permanent staff for overnight shifts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants, placements, and payroll data within our HRIS.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for night shift employees, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for their roles.
- Issue Resolution: Handle any urgent issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
