Role Overview:
As a Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of Apex Staffing Group in Colorado Springs. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top-tier candidates and forging lasting partnerships with local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for diverse industries including IT, Healthcare, and Engineering.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and offer letters with new hires.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for effective talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources within a high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated drive for sales success and the ability to meet/exceed monthly placement targets.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Colorado Springs area.
