Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across various industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their evolving hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-quality candidates in specialized roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
