Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing placements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the Long Beach and Southern California area.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media to identify passive candidates in niche markets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive salary benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
