Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for job seekers on weekends.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate onboarding for weekend shifts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
