Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and screen candidates to identify top talent for our diverse client portfolio in Miami.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide candidate updates.
- Placement Support: Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Administrative Duties: Process timesheets, invoices, and recruitment paperwork with precision.
- Market Research: Stay informed about labor market trends in South Florida to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote-style office environment.
