Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews for temporary and permanent placements.
- Manage candidate data entry and database maintenance within our ATS.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates during evening hours.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local Minneapolis businesses to identify staffing needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for night-shift employees.
- Respond to candidate inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
