Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with job seekers during evening and overnight hours.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and time-sensitive requirements.
- Perform market research to identify passive candidates within the Omaha metropolitan area.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll and timekeeping for the night shift staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
