Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities and distribution centers
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation for night shift roles
- Respond to urgent staffing requests within 2-hour response windows
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and night shift personnel
- Optimize shift schedules using advanced staffing software
- Conduct quality assurance checks for overnight placements
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proven experience managing night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for client visits)
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
