Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Screen and schedule candidates for night shift positions across Portland metro
- Manage client communication during overnight hours to resolve staffing gaps
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and job board updates in real-time
- Conduct virtual interviews and onboarding for night shift applicants
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Track staffing metrics and optimize overnight placement efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight scheduling
- Strong communication skills for client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Knowledge of Portland's night shift labor market
- Excellent problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional client visits)
