As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring that our clients have the talent they need to succeed while providing candidates with rewarding career paths.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct initial phone screenings for potential candidates.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage the full cycle of recruitment for weekend placements, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with local Miami businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and conduct interviews, sending confirmations and reminders.
- Documentation: Accurately document candidate information and employment history.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidate paperwork is completed and compliant with local regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or staffing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during busy shifts.
