Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for various staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, from onboarding to follow-up.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new recruitment strategies and improve placement rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to meet sales and placement targets.
