Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately within the night shift timeframe.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Strictly follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate machinery, forklifts, and hand tools as required by the specific role.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet high-quality standards before shipping.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and understand work instructions.
