Responsibilities
- Manage Candidate Onboarding: Screen, interview, and place qualified temporary workers for night shift assignments.
- Shift Coordination: Utilize scheduling software to assign shifts, track hours, and manage daily staffing levels efficiently.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding availability, staffing needs, and performance feedback.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Issue Resolution: Handle staffing emergencies and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
