Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both clients and job seekers.
- Coordinating logistics for temporary placements, including scheduling and orientation.
- Managing candidate data and tracking progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting in workforce planning and market analysis for the Colorado Springs area.
- Ensuring all compliance and safety regulations are met for temporary workers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
