Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Louisville metro area
- Process same-day payroll for temporary and contract workers
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24-hour window
- Collaborate with HR team on compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Kentucky labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume payroll processing
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
