Your Role:
As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for temporary and permanent positions across various industries in the Indianapolis metro area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming resumes and applications to identify top-tier talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend shifts, including scheduling interviews and issuing offer letters.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and job board management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
