Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, social media).
- Conducting initial phone screenings to understand candidate skills and career goals.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Managing candidate data and CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
