In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the tech, engineering, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Client Relations: Consult with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing sales (SaaS, IT, Engineering, or Healthcare preferred).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional client travel within the Austin area.
